Program of Workshop

Program of Workshop

1. As part of the Space Medicine Student Workshop, five key panels will be conducted where we model the human body as a physics problem:

Panel 1 – Microgravity and International Modeling of Human Physiology: Global effects of diminishing mass drawing on fluid data and generated mechanics.

Panel 2 – Space Radiation and Biophysics: Tissue transfer, dosimetry, and biophysical damage variation of the high-energy spectrum.

Panel 3 – Mechanobiology and Load Transfer in the Bone-Muscle System: Elasticity and stress-strain analyses of bone structure under mechanical load deficiency.

Panel 4 – Sensor Technologies and Remote Health Monitoring Systems: Biosensor design, signal processing, and real-time data physics in space missions.

Panel 5 – Life Support and Energy Balance in Closed Systems: Thermodynamics, gas exchange systems, and the physics foundations of sustainable life modules.

All high school and university programs interested in the intersection of space research and human health are invited to participate in the Space Medicine Student Workshop.

Date: September 1, 2026

NOTE: ALL HIGH SCHOOL AND UNIVERSITY STUDENTS CAN APPLY FOR THE SPACE MEDICINE STUDENT WORKSHOP.

Note: PARTICIPATION IS FREE.
